Signing the first pre-ordered copies

After all the hard work that goes into the creation of a book, it's a special feeling when you're asked to sign the very first reader's copy. I wouldn't usually set eyes on any of my newly printed paperbacks, before publication date on 28th October 2026. But I bumped into Lizzie in my favourite cafe, and she had her pre-ordered copies of Flesh Endures with her. They had arrived in the post that morning.

 I'm looking forward to unboxing the rest of my author copies. They have been delivered to the publisher's warehouse. I'm going to collect them shortly.
